The Peacock Center Price List

Our standard venue rental includes 8 hours of access, with 2 hours allocated for setup and 1 hour for breakdown.

Additional Fees:

• $100 per hour for any additional time needed.
• Events requiring security will be charged an extra security fee. For more information regarding events requiring security, please refer to the Events Requiring Security.

Law enforcement/security personnel are required for certain events to ensure the safety and security of all attendees. This fee ensures appropriate measures are in place to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment. 

Security is mandatory for:

• Events with alcohol (beer, champagne, cocktails, liquor, martini, mimosa, or wine.
• Weddings and receptions.
• Teen events (minimum of two police officers required).
• Events held after 4 p.m.
• Business events (minimum of two police officers required).

·  This package includes one police officer for the first 5 hours of the event.

Additional Fees:

• An additional security fee is required for events needing additional security hours. 

Enjoy a full-day rental from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. This package includes one police officer for the first 5 hours of the event.

Additional Details:

The venue event timeframe for Sunday bookings is from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Ideal for shorter gatherings, this option requires a minimum rental of 4 hours.

Please Note: The hourly rental fee does not include setup and breakdown time.

Business events include any gathering hosted by a legal entity (LLC, corporation, sole proprietor) where commercial activities such as buying, selling, or exchanging occur.

• For events requiring less than 8 hours, the $100 hourly fee will apply.
• $100 per hour for any additional time needed.

Please note that The Peacock Center will be closed on the following federal holidays and dates in 2025:

• Easter: April 18-20, 2025
• Independence Day: July 4, 2025
• Labor Day Weekend: August 29-31, 2025
• Thanksgiving Weekend: November 27-30, 2025
• Holiday Break Closure: December 22, 2025 – January 2, 2026
