The following prices below are based on a minimum rental of six (6) hours for non business or for profit events. The Peacock Center can accommodate up 150 guests. (Due to government regulations maximum occupancy may/can change).
The following price is based on a minimum of six (6) hours for a day event held between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. A $50 per hour fee will apply for additional hours needed. An additional security fee may be applied for events requiring security.
The following price is based on a minimum of six (6) hours for an evening event held between 5:00 PM - 12:00 PM. A $50 per hour fee will apply for additional hours needed. An additional security fee will apply to all evening events.
An additional security fee will apply. Law enforcement/security is required for events where alcohol will be present, events held after 5 p.m., business events, and/or events of 75 or more guests. A minimum of two police officers is required for teen events
An additional security fee may be applied for events requiring security.
The Peacock Center will be closed for all federal holidays in 2023.
A business event is any event hosted by a legal entity consisting of a sole proprietor, LLL, LLC, corporation, and any person or legal entity wishing to host a pop-up shop or entertainment show where buying, selling, and exchanging takes place. Please contact us for additional fee.

The rental price is subject to change based on the client's required hours for setup, the event time, and the breakdown time.
